The Movie Creator supports all formats which have corresponding filters in the system.
No, because of legal issues here in Germany, this is not possible.
It's possible to change all settings in the menue entry "Settings" in the "Profiles". The predefined were made from us in a way we think that the profiles fit in most of the cases. But generally it's possible to optimize both speed and quality in the settings.

The Playstation PSP needs special file names and special directory names. The files need to be in the directory \MP_ROOT0MNV01 and have to be named M4Vxxxxx.MP4. Please note that xxxxx stands for a five digit long progressional number, e.g. "M4V00001.MP4".

Yes, this is no problem at all. Predefined in the "Mobile" profiles is a fixed size of 128 x 96. Depending of your mobile phone, the sizes 176 x 144 and 320 x 240 are also possible.
Yes, this is possible. Just enter in the "Settings" menue the "Splitting size". Please enter there a value in MB.
Several (mostly older) mobile phones have not that good CPU inside. You can try to lower the "Encoding Bitrate" of the HDX4 Encoder and the bitrate of the "AMR Audio Codec".
Yes, the Movie Creator is also capable of making 3GP2 kompatible files. Just change the entry "Container type" in the settings from "3GP" to "3GP2. Predefined setting is "3GP".
Yes, the Movie Creator can use 3GP files as source.
The Movie Creator automatically adds the title information. The title details are taken from the file name, the name of the DVD-Video or the name of the folder containing the DVD-Video.
